All purchases are non-refundable except in the unlikely instance where the studio has to cancel a class or workshop.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice will result in deduction of pass from your account, this will not be refunded
10 DAY INTRO OFFER

- This is a great way to try different classes and instructors at the studio before committing to a full membership.

30 DAY INTRO OFFER

- Unlimited access to ALL classes for 30 days. (Workshops not included)

- If you have attended the studio no more than 3 times and are interested in this offer, please contact us on info@urbanzenyogastudio.co.uk and we can provide you with a purchasing link to over-ride the first time customer setting on the system.
MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships require a minimum 3 month commitment and recurring payment will be taken on the same billing date each calendar month. Memberships can be cancelled or paused at any time after the initial 3 month period however 14 days written notice is required (a full 14 days before next payment is due). To pause or cancel please email.
